Shell eco-marathon? I participated in the European(Dutch) event last year, and some of the teams actually have some interesting technology going on. Have fun watching them go slow, as I think we set an all-time global record last year by going 50kph.

At the european version the rules actually were quite cheat proof, so I think this will be similar, with full tech inspections before the event, and a check if everything still is according to rules before and after each run.
